Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planogram specifications
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations handover
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Use digital inventory management tools via remote tablets
- Report discrepancies and stock shortages to shift supervisor
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic digital literacy for inventory software and remote communication
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
- Reliable transportation to Milwaukee location
