Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise trucks according to company standards and schedules
- Organize and maintain inventory in stockrooms and on sales floors
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking goals
- Process damaged or returned merchandise according to policy
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
