As an Early Morning Stocker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory flow.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and unpack deliveries from trucks, verifying accuracy of shipments.
- Organize and stock merchandise on shelves and racks according to company standards and pricing labels.
- Rotate inventory to ensure older stock is sold first, maintaining freshness and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist in conducting periodic inventory counts and stock audits.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling inventory and pricing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
