Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks and verify incoming inventory against packing lists.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves, racks, and displays according to company standards.
- Organize backstock areas to maintain a clean and efficient warehouse.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software accurately.
- Ensure the sales floor is tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM start).
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk on various surfaces.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
