Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock merchandise onto shelves and storage areas efficiently.
- Organize and rotate stock to ensure product freshness and visibility.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in reporting discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies regarding lifting and handling.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude towards customers and team members.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
