Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Organize backroom inventory and rotate stock to ensure product freshness and accessibility.
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer general questions regarding store hours and policies.
- Operate standard retail equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or stocking preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
