Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Stock shelves with precision while adhering to FIFO rotation standards
- Conduct inventory audits and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain organized storage areas with clear labeling systems
- Collaborate with overnight crew to ensure store readiness for opening
- Operate powered equipment safely and maintain OSHA compliance
- Participate in quarterly inventory counts and shrinkage prevention
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/stocking environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts (Mon-Fri)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
