Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize merchandise from delivery trucks efficiently
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to company standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and optimal inventory management
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and sales floors at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily stocking and merchandising goals
- Execute price changes and promotional set-ups accurately
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts consistently
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
