Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise according to planograms and inventory needs
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and maintain quality standards
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks for efficient inventory movement
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain a safe and organized workspace
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management
- Assist with unloading delivery trucks and sorting incoming shipments
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory management abilities
- Valid driver's license (for location flexibility)
- Reliable transportation to Louisville, KY locations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
