Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, high-quality walking and care services for 3-5 dogs per shift
- Implement strict safety protocols during walks and transport
- Maintain detailed client communication via app updates and photo/video reports
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication) as per client instructions
- Manage scheduling and route optimization for multiple daily assignments
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and professionalism
- Collaborate with veterinary partners for specialized care needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog handling/walking experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and walk 5+ miles daily
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with data plan
