Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled dog walks of varying lengths and intensities, ensuring all dogs are leashed and safe at all times.
- Monitor the physical condition of dogs during walks, noting any signs of fatigue, illness, or injury.
- Collect and dispose of waste immediately and thoroughly to maintain hygiene standards.
- Administer medications or dietary supplements according to strict, written instructions provided by owners.
- Provide detailed, photo-rich updates to owners immediately after each walk via our proprietary app.
- Secure pets in vehicles safely during transport and ensure home security upon return.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment inventory.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional dog walking or pet sitting experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle required.
- Clean driving record and proof of auto insurance.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to handle dogs of all sizes (small to large).
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of punctuality.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
