- Partner with neurotech teams to design brain-computer interfaces for healthcare applications
- Guide sustainability initiatives through carbon-negative data center technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and blockchain architectures
- Proven track record of developing future-state technology roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research on AI ethics or climate-tech innovation
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Security clearance for federal innovation projects preferred
