Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
- Design resilience strategies for technological discontinuities
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Professional certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
