Qualifications

- Proven track record in scaling quantum machine learning systems
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for emerging tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with neurotech regulatory landscapes (FDA/EMA)
