Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ product roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Oversee competitive intelligence and disruption analysis across verticals
- Drive innovation culture through internal futurist training programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy (preferred)
