Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks for next-generation markets
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Design and implement early-warning systems for industry disruptions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and causal layered analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategic planning publications
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
