Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce high-impact reports and executive briefings on future business landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish strategic partnerships with innovation labs, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives to future-proof operations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
