- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, biotech, climate tech) and commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize moonshot projects with 5-7 year horizons
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and scenario planning models
- Build stakeholder consensus around disruptive transformation initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or tech innovation
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future visions
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategic publications
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term transformation initiatives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on strategic pivots
