Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for multi-year strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Monitor emerging tech patents and academic breakthroughs
- Build and lead a network of futurist thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
