Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market entry based on future trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and execution plans
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive strategy development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business strategies or product launches
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (articles, books, white papers)
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
