Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios for 2026+ strategic planning cycles
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops to align leadership on innovation priorities
- Translate complex technological insights into executable business strategies and roadmaps
- Identify and assess emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Certification in foresight or innovation management (preferred)
