- Present trend forecasts and scenario analyses to executive leadership and investor boards
- Build cross-functional partnerships with R&D labs, academic institutions, and government think tanks
- Author white papers on future-of-work implications and digital transformation strategies
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate-tech disruption
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Experience designing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Deep understanding of Web3, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
