Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify breakthrough opportunities and market gaps
- Represent the firm at global forums on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and innovation methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Portfolio showcasing published futures research or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
