Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and socio-economic trends through 2030
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a global network of innovation scouts and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work and digital transformation
- Oversee implementation of innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech disruption
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of successful future-shaping projects
