- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement organizational readiness programs for technological inflection points
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist partners and thought leaders
- Quantify innovation ROI through predictive modeling and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI)
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation initiatives
