Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technology horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough concepts
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation roles at tech giants or VC-backed startups
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
