Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and societal trend forecasts using data analytics and scenario modeling
- Design strategic frameworks for integrating emerging innovations (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and roadmaps
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and presentations for executive audiences
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor global disruptors and geopolitical shifts affecting long-term business strategy
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational evolution metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market-ready business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major publications
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Causal Mapping)
