Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce actionable scenario-planning reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation pipelines by evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D to align long-term vision with product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Monitor global megatrends and geopolitical shifts affecting industry landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations at high-stakes investor conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite planning roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, CFIP) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
