Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership, translating future possibilities into strategic priorities
- Develop quantitative and qualitative models to forecast market evolution and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings and thought leadership publications
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers to inform strategic outlook
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Published thought leadership in futures, strategy, or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
