Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities aligned with 2026 market projections
- Develop scenario-planning models for high-impact domains including AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Create annual 'Future State' reports influencing company-wide resource allocation
- Mentor senior leadership in systemic thinking and adaptive strategy methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, corporate foresight, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
