- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to map 2026+ strategic opportunities
- Develop innovation frameworks and roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and investors
- Partner with R&D to accelerate prototyping of breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline success and ROI
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and driving tech adoption
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Future Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism field
