- Develop patent-pending methodologies for trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Lead the creation of a dedicated innovation lab focused on 2026+ technologies and business models

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercially successful initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Research or equivalent professional accreditation
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-year transformation programs
