Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to forecast disruptive developments through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to inform product roadmaps and business pivots
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
