Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale emerging technology solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce actionable foresight reports on disruptive forces reshaping industry landscapes
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles from concept to market
- Champion future-proofing initiatives across all business units
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor senior leadership on emerging technologies and their business implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched within 3-5 year timelines
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
