Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using advanced trend analysis methodologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify emerging opportunities and threats in technology, markets, and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future insights into innovative product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish and nurture an innovation ecosystem through partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global futurism conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into successful commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational transformation initiatives
