Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast industry landscapes for 2026+
- Develop and present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and disruptor startups
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for competitive advantage
- Mentor senior teams in strategic foresight methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future scenarios and innovation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
