Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ strategic innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership
- Manage innovation portfolio from ideation to commercialization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investors
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management
