Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic objectives and sustainability imperatives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof organizational capabilities
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry impact
- Establish partnerships with futurist networks, academic institutions, and innovation labs
- Mentor R&D teams in applying future insights to product development cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating future visions
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects and trend analysis publications
- Experience leading cross-organizational change initiatives in tech-driven environments
