Responsibilities

- Facilitate C-suite workshops on future scenarios and disruption preparedness
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for 2026 market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership on exponential futures
- Mentor innovation champions across global business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published work in futurism or innovation thought leadership
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
