Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java and familiarity with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or Django).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
