Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain high-volume data in proprietary systems
- Perform quality checks to ensure 99.9% data accuracy across all records
- Process transactions and documentation with strict adherence to compliance standards
- Collaborate with offshore teams during peak operational hours
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data anomalies
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data reconciliation tasks
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Train on new data management systems quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with 100% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and error detection skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Professional certification in Data Management (CDA/CMP preferred)
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
