Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in Web3.0 and metaverse ecosystems
- Produce strategic foresight reports analyzing global tech trends and their societal impacts
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing strategies into corporate vision
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynote presentations and white paper publications
- Manage a $5M annual innovation fund for prototype development and pilot programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technological and social trends
- Published thought leader with 20+ industry publications or conference presentations
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
