Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and geopolitical trends to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions and identify blue-ocean opportunities
- Present executive-level insights through compelling visualizations and predictive models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across the organization
- Advise on R&D investments and emerging market entry strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation (articles, reports, books)
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and foresight software
