Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products and services
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and government entities
- Present future insights to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact and innovation ROI
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction and implementation of future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with proven ability to communicate complex future concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience in startup scaling or corporate innovation ecosystems
