Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-forward solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ global innovation ecosystems
- Partner with product teams to translate future insights into commercial offerings
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 2026+ scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
