Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps by synthesizing quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing market-ready prototypes for next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies shaping regulatory frameworks
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technology disruption and competitive landscape shifts
- Drive adoption of sustainable innovation methodologies across R&D pipelines
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
- Author thought leadership pieces published in Nature, MIT Tech Review, and industry white papers
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation roles at Fortune 500 tech companies
- Published research on quantum algorithms or generative AI ethics in peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or Julia)
