Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and their disruptive potential
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future workforce and societal shifts
- Design and oversee experimental innovation labs testing next-gen human-machine collaboration
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable futures and responsible innovation
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and incubate 2026-era startups
- Advise executive teams on regulatory and ethical implications of exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) or innovation methodologies
