Responsibilities

- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts through rapid experimentation
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation mindset across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
