What You'll Do:
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Develop innovation frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities
- Facilitate strategic workshops with stakeholders to co-create future scenarios
- Translate foresight into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry thought leaders
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive trend analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ landscape
- Design and execute innovation labs to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Develop quantitative models to forecast market disruptions

- Author thought leadership content on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation programs
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published work or speaking engagements on future trends
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFK, CFS) preferred
