Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future market conditions
- Produce forward-looking scenario models and risk mitigation protocols
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Maintain relationships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives in tech or finance
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse teams
- Published author or keynote speaker at futurism conferences
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
